Black and White Gingham | Dress Obsessed

Local love… I hit up the new Brentwood Hill Center last week to shoot with Alli and let’s just say I am in major trouble! Plenty of amazing shopping [hello Hemline, Paper Source, The Cosmetic Market and others] and the girls and I are already getting spoiled with having Jeni’s Ice Cream and Uncle Julio’s right down the street.

Today I’m sharing a fun new staple for all you gingham lovers out there like me… this Bow Tie Open Back Gingham Dress! It’s perfectly casual and you won’t believe the pricetag at under $20. It runs TTS and I couldn’t be more pleased with the fit… it’s roomy and comfortable, and the bell sleeves and bow back detail make it all the more special.

Of course I cannot forget to talk all things accessories = they make the outfit!! More is always more in my book and I thought these baubles would add just the right amount of color to contrast the black and white color palette of the dress.

First up, this brand new style of bag from my friends at Barrington Gifts. It’s called the Lady Bag and it’s the perfect mini tote for gallivanting around town. And you know I love their online ordering system that makes it super simple to customize your preferences in terms of pattern, monogram and leather trim, too.

I also added these Ombre Statement Earrings, which are a steal for just $12. They come in a TON of colorways online and I love them so much, I might have bought a few more in other hues. Finally, let’s not forget about these MIA Platform Rose Gold Sandals [also shown here in Silver]. They are OH so comfy, offer just the right amount of support, and I’ve had a ton of compliments on these sparkly shoes!
