My wish is …. I could come home to Restoration Hardware furnished house everyday!
My roomie and I have an adorable apartment which is conveniently located near downtown Nashville and I love everything about it and we have really made it our little home. But sadly enought, she’ll be getting married next summer so we’ll have to part ways and learn to live without each other- HAHA!
On the other hand, my boyfriend and I are in the early stages of saving money to buy a home of our own one day… with the uncertain economy regarding the housing market currently, we both realized the smartest decision for us is to save at least 20% for a down payment ,and have made the promise to each other that we won’t buy a home until we are financially ready to embark on such an incredible investment, which means renting for another year or so =)
But on the other hand, I promise to spoil myself and I will finally be able to relax and take solace in the comforts of an all Restoration Hardware-esque home… one can dream, right???

This reminds me that I should have picked Crate and Barrel – ha! My hubby and I are in the same strategy situation as ya'll …. waiting for the perfect time to buy a place with a huge chunk of down payment. Then it will set us up nicely as a homeowner!

dreaming is a good thing! i also can't wait to own a house! i've owned my townhouse for 7 years but my fiance and i can't wait to have a house with a yard!!
