I’m on a shopping hiatus… yes, it is true.
Who knew that with the thought of buying a house you need to put a hold on swiping the Visa whenever and wherever possible and save your hard-earned bills for something as majestic as a new couch, a proper guest bed, and beautiful decor to fill a home- I could go on forever. Even though I can’t spend my money on cute cocktail dresses, yummy sweaters to keep me warm through the cold winter months {did I mention it’s 15 degrees here in Nashville??}, and new shoes for my little footsies, I’ll pass on my dish to the lovelies out there who CAN spend a little to look adorable in 2010…

Right now at Francesca’s, if you bring in a receipt from a nationally-recognized charitable organization {Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.}, they’ll give you 30% off your purchase of up to $100. What better way to reward yourself with a new outift than to donate to others who are less fortunate? Think of all the fabulous new clothes you just received during the holiday… spring isn’t that far away so the time to start de-cluttering starts now! It’s cols out there and we can all do our part.

Way to pass on the shop-love! I would love to use this, unfortunately I'm going through the whole saving for a house thing too… we close in May, YIKES!! Good luck with avoiding the stores, it's rough out there!
