Last night Meg and I attended the Bridal Bliss event at You’re Invited in West Meade and we had so much fun!! It was great to finally be able to spend some QUALITY time with my best friend, since we’re both entrenched knee deep in wedding planning… more her than me of course since August 14th is fast approaching. It’s so comforting to have a roommate and best friend going through the same experience at the same time–we’re VERY lucky so we always have someone’s shoulder to cry on when needed =)
We sipped on wine, indulged in vanilla buttercream cake from a local bakery {Sweet and Sassy}, watched a mini-fashion show with bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaid, went through stationery books and wedding “branding” books from Nico and Lala, got an education from Brent at Nashville Event Lighting about gobos and other necessities, and I finally got to meet Ashley from Ashley’s Bride Guide {the Nashville go-to directory for ALL things wedding}.

It was such a great night and really helped reassure me that Nashville has incredible vendors to make my day remarkable.

For everyone anticipating my next wedding move {haha, I know you’re in suspense}, tonight it’s on to meet with 2 local photographers!!! Now the fun stuff is beginning… yippee!!
Very fun! Have a good time meeting the photographers! Finding a photographer was one of the first things we did. We actually won a photography contest so we were able to get a great deal and great photographers! Have fun with it all 🙂
