Do you ever have those weekends where all you do is spend money??? Yes, that is exactly how this weekend played out for me… from birthday dinners to shopping for the home to grocery “necessities”, my debit card was being swiped over and over again ravaged and now I am poor all over again. However, I did check off some much-needed items in my “to-do shopping list” and have these FANTABULOUS fancies to show off:
My UBER cute new Steeplechase dress! I would’ve liked to keep it a secret, but I am just so excited that I just HAD to show it off =) I’m LOVING one strap dresses this season
And yes, after searching high and low all over Nashville for funriture for our downstairs media/bonus/living room, we FINALLY purchased a couch and loveseat!! It’s a chocolate brown cordurouy fabric with contrasting khaki piping… its so comfy, and it’ll be perfect for having all of our friends over for game days!!
Oh and by the way, for all you Starbucks lovers, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT try the new Dark Cherry Mocha… it will suck you in and you’ll be an addict like me. {not to mention a tall with nonfat milk and no whipped cream has 210 calories- ugh my body is mad at me!!} Within 2 days, I managed to inhale 3 of these bad boys because they are the greatest inventions since sliced bread– your wallet will thank me!!!

oh yes. i've had those weekends. especially when planning my wedding. BUT, now that my cpa, accountant (and finance major TOO, by the way!) has a say, i don'tsomuch get to have those weekends anymore. enjoy them while you can my dear!

Tash: I went to my local starbucks on Saturday and I fell for the same trap… They had these cute little samples of the cherry mocha with shaved chocolate and it was delish đ I vowed not to visit starbucks this week.

OMG I tried that Cherry Mocha too and OMG it is heaven!!! They had just brought out samples out last week when I was there and so tried it. Besides my tea, I think it has to be my favorite thing from there!! Ugh, addicting!!
I am kind of a binge shopper so when I go shopping I go big and spend lots at once. You are now making me want to try that drink. You know, forbidden fruit and all. lol
