That’s right friends!! My best friends (AKA the beeshes) are coming to frolick through Nashville this weekend… this is our 2nd annual Girl’s Christmas Weekend and I couldn’t be more excited about everything we have planned–my fellow party planner and I have been busy little bees preparing for all of this for a long time! Here are a few pics from last year’s shenanigans:
Tonight, the festivities kick-off at the Grunke abode for some apps and drinks and oodles of wine and dessert–sooo glad I busted it at the gym this morning! We’re going to watch some of our holiday favorite movies {Love Actually, The Holiday, etc} and take it easy while no doubt talking and laughing until the wee hours of the night.
Tomorrow morning, we’re off to my house for breakfast/brunch and then making our way to the mall to shop for the 2 angels we adopted this year. I love the fact that we all would much rather buy for those less fortunate than spend money on something we really don’t need–since we’re out of college and aren’t active in our sorority, it’s good to know we can all still be philanthropic and think of others during the holiday season =).
Just like all other southern football fans, we’ll be huddled around the TV tomorrow afternoon to take in the SEC Championship Game. Just because I SO desperately want an SEC team to go all the way, I will most certainly be pulling for the Auburn Tigers–can’t believe I am saying this but War Eagle {Rachel, are you happy? hehe}
Saturday night, we have reservations at a fun restaurant cleverly named ChaChah and then we’re heading out for a night on the town. Now this could get VERY interesting because it’s been a long time since so many of us have gotten together and decided to take over downtown…drinks, dancing, loads of pics, and other craziness is bound to ensue so stay tuned for a rull recap!
Sunday, we’ll be up early for church, taking pictures with Miss Candice, and then Jeff and I have to tackle the rest of our list for Christmas presents for our families… cannot wait!

Oh my gosh this sounds like a blast!! My girlfriends and I are aiming to plan an annual girls trip starting next summer. I can't wait to hear how this turned out.
