I think it’s fun to look back at where we started with our wedding planning and see how our my visions have transformed along the way…lots of similarities that haven’t been tweaked, but some little things that were revised based on the evolvement of our colors, locations, vendors, and other little details I would happen to stumble across. Here is the 1st inspiration board I started with and then the final…
-
Finish Scat Springs’ playlist for songs we want them to play!
-
Finalize direction cards for our guests from the ceremony to the reception
-
Approve the ceremony programs
-
Final reception/wedding planning meeting on the 17th
-
Work on escort and table cards for the rehearsal dinner
-
Paint little odds and ends {you’re dying to know!!} to use as decor for the reception
-
Buy rehearsal dinner jewelry and accessories and get dress altered
-
Finish purchasing out-of-town guest bag items and stuff/make contents
-
Confirm all vandors/reservations/details with Mary Alice and all other wedding participants
-
Wrap bridal party gifts
-
Get our marriage license
-
Sit back, relax, and enjoy all the fun of what’s to come!!
I wasn't nervous either. But you know when you will be a bit nervous? When you and your bridesmaids and your dad are all about to walk down the isle. Not the minute before, but about 5 minutes before. It all sinks in. All of the planning has come together. The dream of marrying your love is happening. This is a once in a lifetime moment. It makes you nervous for a second. Like throw-up nervous. LOL!! But then your bridesmaids start walking down the isle and you have a minute alone with your dad and he makes everything happy again. It's an amazing 5 minutes. Cherish these next 30 days and refer to him as your "fiance" in pubic as much as possible because those words will never come out of your mouth again 🙂
Um, I meant pubLic not pubic, hahaha!!!!!
These last days are going to FLY by! At least I can imagine. HAHA I still have around 140!
Enjoy it all! It's going to be beautiful!
Wow! It's coming up quick!
I agree with Kate. I wasn't nervous at all either. I did get nervous right before I walked down the aisle. But when my dad and I turned the corner, all I could see was B and the nerves went away.
So excited for you!
I love your inspiration boards!
