How far along? 17 weeks, 4 days…157 days to go!
Size of the peanut? This week, we switched from fruits to a vegetable {ooh la la}…we’ve got an onion on our hands ladies and gentlemen!
Maternity Clothes? Only a few things…cardigan sweaters, tunics, dresses, and leggings seem to be the perfect go-to outfits–they are fashionable and cute, but still WAY comfortable. However, I guarantee I’ll be the pregnant lady that wears sandals in the middle of winter…my feet are hot ALL the time.
Weight Gain? From my appointment on Monday, we jumped up in this department a bit {I believe this is due to my grazing at our tailgate on Saturday–hehe}. A total of 8 pounds thus far, but my doctor informed me we were right on track.
Stretch Marks? Nope….fingers crossed I can handle the itchy belly and remember to put on my lotions everyday.
Gender? Everyone {with the exception of Cami} says girl, and I still think boy–Tuesday is the big day we’ll find out, so Jeff and I will have to keep the BIG news a secret for a few days from friends and family until the gender reveal party.
Movement? Come on baby, start kicking! Everyone says this is one of the best feelings in the world and I am getting excited to feel it for myself.
Sleep? I’m so tired by the time I go to bed each night that sleeping hasn’t been a problem recently…thank heavens!
Food Cravings? Not really, just trying to reach for the healthy stuff a bit more…fruits, veggies, proteins, and such, but the occasional evening ice cream treat is my favorite. Not to mention I crave pizza anytime/all the time.
What I Miss? The only thing I am missing this week is the ability to eat sandwiches…think ham and cheese, anything from Jimmy Johns/Quiznos/Subway, etc–really limits my lunchtime choices in food.
Symptoms? Back pain, tiredness, irritability {sorry Jeff!}, frequent bathroom trips
Best Moment of the Week? Hearing that sweet heartbeat again…ahhh it had been way too long.

Based on my friends, 2011 has been the year of the "boy" and 2012 is the year of the "girl"… soooo since you're due in 2012 and I don't know 1 single person having a boy next year, I'm going to guess it's a girl!! You look as beautiful as ever!

you can eat sandwiches! i ate them for 3 months straight while preggo, it was all i wanted. turkey with horseradish sauce, weird huh! just make sure you get your deli meat freshly sliced from the deli that way there is nothing added to preserve it and you know it hasn't been sitting out! đ

1. You make being pregnant look easy. And adorable.
2. My biggest craving during my pregnancy was a turkey sub from Subway. You better believe I sent hubs out for one after delivery.
3. I need details on that dress. It's precious, but I don't remember seeing it in the store, and trust me, Tarjay and I have a very close relationship. Is it a recent purchase? (fingers crossed!)
