Skinny Peppermint Lattes at Starbucks…they must have gotten my complaints advice on offering this as an option to help bypass “holiday weight gain”–a tall is only 100 calories!
Water for Elephants DVD…the hubs surprised me when I got home and had this ready to watch since I didn’t get to in the theater–we stayed up late watching it, but it was fantastic!
The LSU/Alabama showdown on Saturday…though I normally despise dislike these teams equally, I am really pumped to see them play each other since they are ranked #1 and #2 in the nation–if I were a betting woman, my money would be on Sweet Home Alabama…I just don’t see Les Miles tackling over Saban’s NFL-worthy football team
My New Diaper Bag…Jeff gave in and let me have the one I really wanted! Kate Spade, oh how I love you and your friends and family sale–I know it’s “essentially” a purse with a changing pad and sections for necessities, but I knew I wanted a bag that would go with everything and be classic and simple.
Friday…nothing feels as good as when Friday comes around each week. And being able to work from home today is just icing on the cake!
Celebrating friends’ engagements…tonight, we’ll be in Knoxville to celebrate Julie and Jon with great friends and their families. Its going to be so much fun and I can’t lie-I’m really looking forward to their beach wedding next May {hallejuah one of my friends is finally doing a destination wedding–score!}
Upon our return to Nashville on Saturday, I’ll be hitting it hard to keep my momentum going on Christmas shopping, celebrating a friend’s husband’s 30th birthday, and then having a little picture rendezvous with my favorite photog on Sunday for our holiday pictures–exciting and busy! Hope you all have a great weekend, too đ
