July 8th, 2011…that was the day I came home and took a little test, a test that changed our world.
A year ago today was when I found out we were having a baby. I think that is one of those rare moments I will undoubtedly remember how I felt for the rest of my life…I remember how shocked I was, how I couldn’t wait for Jeff to get home to share our incredible news, and grinning because I couldn’t wait to tell my parents and friends.
So much has changed…from pregnancy to Caroline’s birth to now raising a child. God is too good!
But just to make a point-this little happy post is just to show that SO much can change in a year…so if you’re ever down in the dumps or are having a difficult time, I just want you to know that something good is always right around the corner and to think positively because fast forward 365 days and your world could be mighty different than it is today 😉
Thank you for this post today. It is awesome to see how our lives can change in just that length of time.
