One. The Halloween Costume Conundrum
It’s been solved and the end result is going to be nothing short of amazing. This totally seals the deal if I can teach Caroline how to say Dinglehopper…one feisty little two year old will be sporting fins and red hair and her miniature little sidekick is going to be one crazy crustacean…need I say more đ Now if I can only get Jeff to dress up as Prince Eric, I guess that only leaves me as the lovely Ursula?
Two. Baby Shower Saturday
Tomorrow, I get to co-host my beloved best friend Bev’s Nashville Baby Shower and I cannot wait!! Brooks is going to make his debut in a little more than a month and I know we are getting quite anxious to meet that nugget…can’t wait to have some much needed BFF sleepover time and spoil that baby rotten. Bring on the games and gifts đ
Three. Fall Family Pictures
Sunday, we are having our annual family/Christmas card pictures taken by the fabulous Candice Lynn Photography (and yes, it pays to have a friend who just happens to be a photog on the side) and I cannot wait! This year, I’m incorporating navy into our ensembles and this is what I have planned so far…notice how Daddy isn’t included since he’s SO last minute when it comes to getting dressed, haha. Of course the girls will be decked out in some Sugar Bit and I’ve decided on a simple white blouse and navy blazer with jeans…comfy, casual, and perfect for the gorgeous backdrop of Cheekwood Botanical Gardens… can’t wait to show them off!
Four. The Planner of ALL Planners
I took to IG a few weeks ago inquiring about suggestions for a new planner, and finally decided upon the Emily Ley Simplified Planner (Daily). I love the hourly breakdown for each day, meal planner, color coded tabs for easy reference, and the layout is super simple for my Type A self. Even more impressive was the shipping/turnaround time as I received it a mere 4 days after I placed my order. Cheers to a wonderful lady with incredible products so if you’re looking for a necessity to add to your Christmas list (never too early to start), this is a keeper!
