Take a look: 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011.
As you know, I have been a Minted lover for years now… between the ultra thick, luxurious paper, the bright, bold designs, and the ability to tailor your cards to suit your own tastes and preferences, it’s no wonder I come back year after year to find the perfect Christmas card for our dynamic little foursome.
One of my favorite things about Minted is the ability to utilize a variety of searchable options to narrow down the options to best suit your preferences… flat versus folded, landscape versus portrait, one photo versus two/three/four photos, die-cut shapes, letterpress, gold foil, etc. I am a “searcher” by nature so this way to exclude certain characteristics makes it a happy shopping experience for me!
This year, I opted to try out the foil-pressed cards in gold, and I absolutely LOVE how they turned out… they definitely add a bit of fancy to our photo and I think it makes the colors of our portrait jump out even more!
And because we couldn’t bear to just use one image from our collection by Michelle Grace, we opted to add a picture of our babies on the back of our card, just because they are TOO darn sweet, and the cutest things I’ve ever seen.
Thankfully, I was able to order our cards as soon as we had our final digital images and the Minted team had them delivered within four days… pretty impressive indeed! I then used my new custom Mollie and Lou holiday stamp, my favorite holiday Sharpies [here and here], tons of holiday washi tape, and addressed them all in festive hues to all our lovely friends and family! Here is the final card, all ready to be dropped off at the post office:
Oh! You still need help finding some gorgeous designs, too?? Happy to help! Here is just a sampling of some of my other favorites from this year’s lineup:
Your card is beautiful and so are all of the envelopes! You are much better than me–I ran our envelopes through the printer haha
Love the card. You look beautiful!!!! xx
LOVE the way you put washi on there! I also used some but just did it on the back of the envelope but it really gives it an extra pop and makes it noticeable in the mix of all the mail that we get with that stripe down the side.
OKAY, FAVORITE STONEKING CARD EVER!!! Seriously, amazing. And look how big the girls look!!!! I swear it was just yesterday I was reading your bumpdates with Caroline. AGH! And of course, your HANDWRITING and washi tape styled envelopes? Minted needs to hire you. So beautiful, friend!
Such a sweet card!! Love it!
Your xmas card turned out SO cute!! I love the foil press, your outfits and I love how you labeled the envelopes! Happy holidays!!
