Another birthday has come and gone and I wanted to be sure to share it on the blog to bookmark these momentous occasions… I may not scrapbook, but I can do one heck of a party post!
Thursday we celebrated CC’s 4th with fancy birthday pancakes, taking homemade cupcakes to school [thanks Alex!], an Easter egg hunt at MDO, followed by dinner at Judge Beand BBQ… her favorite restaurant, and opening presents with just the four of us at home!
Saturday came quickly and Caroline had been anxiously counting down the days until her big Cinderella Princess party… she was ecstatic! Sadly, CC’s cousins and Grammy Kaye were sick so we didn’t get to see them this time, but we celebrated with friends and family at
Jumpstreet and the kids [and adults] had a BALL.
With yummy cookies from
Summer’s Sweet Shoppe, custom paper goods from Beth Hart Designs, a royal highness birthday cake from
Puffy Muffin, and pizza, we had a marvelous morning jumping, dancing, and celebrating our Sweet CC.
But of course just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Cinderella came in and surprised everyone as she flew in from Disney World as a surprise for everyone! I don’t think I have ever seen so many children in awe of what was going on and it was a dream come true to watch… money well spent for the amazement of so many little ones.
Cinderella treated us to singalongs and dancing and stayed to help us serenade “Happy Birthday” to our big 4 year old before heading back to see her Prince Charming… the icing on top of a perfect day!
Another magical birthday celebration for our little princess… which makes me even more excited about Disney this fall!! Thanks to so many who made Caroline’s day so wonderful!
