They get it from their mama… what can I say?!?! They love to get dolled up with matching accessories and style it up to make a statement and I absolutely LOVE it. I guess this is why I was meant to have girls?!?!
From an early age, I’ve enjoyed finding unique styles for C+C, with fun colors and silhouettes for baby and kids clothes and as they are getting older, they are developing their own likes and preferences and it’s SO neat to see each of them own it and be confident in putting their best foot forward when it comes to style and fashion.
Caroline has an eclectic style that’s ALL her own… she gravitates towards boho, flowy silhouettes, dresses and separates, while Carson still let’s me help every once in awhile, as long as her ensembles have pockets for storing treasures and a colorful hair accessory with a purse ;).
Let’s face it… I know I am nearing the end of this season where they will actually wear the matching and coordinating outfits so I am going to work my magic for as long as I can… and yes, part of this relies in the fact that I only have to pick out one outfit each day so it’s a win in the morning routine as we’re always running out the door!
Here are a few recent wins in the closet department for my little ladies… first up, denim on denim cuteness from Blu and Blue NY. She absolutely loves the pleated flare top and the whimsical twirl-worthy skirt! Plus, it’s super soft so I know we don’t have to worry about the “it itches me” factor.
Next up, we’ve got some sparkled denim sweetness in the form of coordinating AND matching styles from Kapital K. I have worked with their brand for years in my own store, though I love that they are branching out with fun girl options, too.
My girls LOVE these shift style dresses… complete with gold button detail and black faux leather trim! We styled them up with a few of our favorite headbands and silver boots [on sale for $18] and they couldn’t wait to get in front of the camera.
Finally, we opted to turn it up a notch for a dressy and sophisticated silhouette for Tuttie and a little faux fur and coordinating skirt option for Tink… we wanted to get some outdoor shots while the weather was good and I love how these turned out!
Caroline styled hers up with a fun floral + gold bib necklace and of course… fur boots, while Carson opted for a fun cat ear sequin headband and a little faux fur vest = perfect for layering and these crazy winter days!!
I am always getting DMs, comments, and messages asking where I find the girls outfits and here are a few of my other favorites for stocking up on cute girls items and sharing a few recent finds you may enjoy too:
Nordstrom | Gymboree | Sugar Bit [obviously, right?!?!] | Old Navy | Target | Zulily | Amazon
