The girls wrapped up school yesterday and so we hit the ground running to make the most of the two months of vacation time we have off together, which might have already included a water balloon fight and ice cream sundae treats.

Summer Bucket List with Boden

For the kids, their lineup is especially one of my girls’ favorite destinations to shop — Carson is still a dress girl for most days, so this Embroidered Sundress [on sale for just $31] was added to our cart immediately! The detailed design is soft, sweet and of course it’s finished with side pockets and delicate trim that make is even more adorable for my little kindergarten graduate. And under $50, it makes a versatile summer essential she can wear all day everyday.
Caroline knows what she loves and when she found this Tassel Culotte Jumpsuit [a steal for $36], it had to be hers! Dressy with fabulous details, it is appropriate for school days, but special for summertime soirees, too. It also features a drawstring waist, and the cotton fabric makes it an easy breezy find for warm days. Bonus is that it is featured in her elementary school colors so it makes it even more special–this will most certainly be in heavy rotation when she goes onto second grade in the fall [cue the mom tears now].
For me, it’s all about mix and match separates for summer… things I can dress up or down, are casual and comfortable, but still filled with fun and color! This Bonjour Tee makes for an easy breeze everyday top with colorful hello’s in a rainbow of happy hues. It has a slightly boxy fit with cap sleeves and comes in a few fun graphic and all-over print options, too.
As for my Striped Paperbag Shorts, [regularly $70, this weekend only $49] I can’t get enough of this short silhouette for summer… they are made of lightweight linen and cotton, so they make for a great basic bottom, but they pack a punch with so many color options AND inseam lengths as well [I’m wearing the 4″ for reference]. When it comes to sundresses, the girls were over the moon excited for their Festival Pink Star Maxi Dresses [grab them now for $46 each]. Look out summer, here we come… this happy-go-lucky full length find is all about feeling good with an all over sweet star print and lightweight material–so soft they don’t want to take it off! Twirling is in their future with this pretty pink number that has vacation written all over it. I love the delicate lace accent and trim and it also comes in a cute pineapple print for those of you looking for the utmost in southern hospitality!

Of course we will be styled to the nines in all our favorites and new arrivals from Boden.
