Step right up… what have we here?? It’s my main guy’s big debut on the blog today!! He’s long been a lover of fashion. There’s no doubt about it. And I love the fact that Jeff owns it! Give him the tailored fit suits, the euro style denim, incredible shoes and button-ups that wow and he’s one happy man. So today’s date night outfit ideas post is sharing all the fall goodness by way of Bonobos. Mainly to show off the new footwear and eco-jeans that recently launched on their website so your guy can be outfitted properly for fall and winter, too.
Date Night Outfit Ideas
Jeff has been a shopper of Bonobos for a few years now… he first fell in love with their casual shirt options, and because of his more-casual attire work environment, he can opt to wear these most days, not only to the office, but for everyday wear as well. He’s a tricky one to impress, but the variety of colorways, fits and shirt lengths had him sold from day one and he’s been a loyal shopper ever since.
When it comes to the bottoms, my guy opted for their new sustainable Stretch Eco Jean in Winger Dark Wash. These jeans come in 5 washes, are under $100 and are made with certified organic cotton and thoughtfully sourced metal hardware. One thing to note is that Bonobos makes it simple to select your waist size + inseam + the overall pant fit (tailored, slim or athletic for these). Jeff loves their tailored fit frame, which are perfect for pairing with their new Alpern Chelsea Boot in Brown Suede. Bonobos has 6 new shoe styles that are under $300 and made in Italy, so you know the quality is impeccable and Jeff gave his stamp of approval about the comfort and fit of the all new boots.
In addition to sharing all the Bonobos styles we love, I’m also taking this opportunity to do a little check-in to talk about something that may go unnoticed in your home like it does mine… I’m talking about date night my friends. Date night is a habit that was easy to execute before kids, but then life got busy and our quality time together got limited. If I am being honest, it was laziness we were tired all the time, traveling for work and you know, life just got busy. This past year, Jeff and I have made it a point to get out together at least once a month and it’s made SUCH a big difference for us–quality time together, putting the phones down, enjoying dinner and drinks = I assure you it’s good for the soul AND for the marriage.
Having said that, sometimes you’re just not able to get out due to lack of finding your go-to sitter or you just want to cozy in for the night, so here are a few go-to ways to date your significant other, all while from the comforts of home!
