Another easy weeknight recipe… it seems like that is all I can make these days with our after-school dance and cheer schedule. Thank gosh someone invented crock pots because they’ve become my absolute saving grace as of late. Plus, now that we are inching towards fall and soup season, I have a feeling I’ll be using my slow cooker all the time and skipping the Chik-Fil-A drive thru lane.
I first found this recipe by way of The Country Cook. I changed out cottage cheese for cream cheese as our family isn’t too keen on the former variety and it was absolutely delish! And the fact I didn’t have to cook the lasagna noodles beforehand = bravo indeed. Enjoy this all new good eats recipe friends.
