So nice I HAD to make them twice!! These goat cheese and peach crostini bites have always been a fan favorite around here = and for good reason. They’re the perfect combo of sweet and savory, creamy and crisp, and let’s be honest… they look way fancier than the effort it takes to make them. My girls go GAGA for peaches in the summertime and we usually go through at least a dozen a week between the two of them so when I realized I had a mom’s night out event coming up a few days ago, I knew instantly what I wanted to bring to the table = and just as always, these bite sized beauties proved to be a hit with all!
Whether you’re hosting a summer get-together, heading to a girls’ night in, or just want a little something special for happy hour at home, this recipe checks all the boxes. Obviously you could change out some of the ingredients to mix it up a bit = like substituting strawberries or blackberries which would be another tasty option! P.S. shop my cute scallop napkins here [use NATASHA10 for 10% off] and grab my round marble and gold accent serving board here.
Fresh peaches, tangy goat cheese, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of basil make every bite feel like sunshine on a crostini. I originally shared this appetizer a few years ago and got so many messages asking for it again, so I figured it was time to bring it back to the blog—because recipes this simple + delicious deserve an encore.
