If I had to guess, I would say you’ve been the mom chasing around your kids in the morning to get them to take their vitamins, right?!?! If not, consider yourself lucky, but you’re the minority, I assure you. Today I’m here to talk about
L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites™ children’s nutritional supplements, and how I am actively supporting our girls to be the best they can be.
In our generation of parenting, we are constantly having to worry about the nutrients within our kids’ foods, whether their fruits and veggies are organic, and so on… and I’m not going to lie, it can be REALLY overwhelming at times. That’s why I am thankful to have found
Gummy Vites™, vitamins my little ones actually enjoy eating with their breakfast, and yes, I may have sampled a few myself and they get my seal of approval, too. It is the #1 kids gummy vitamin brand and is a fun and delicious way to support your kid’s healthy habits. Plus, it has no high fructose corn syrup and no synthetic (FD&C) dyes.
Between trying to find healthy recipes that my entire family will eat and hiding all the cookies and sweets from Caroline and Carson [mommy needs a treat every now and then too], I can rest assured because I know they are getting the essential vitamins and minerals they need, like Vitamin A, Vitamin B-12, and Vitamins C, D, and E from just taking two gummy bears daily… that gives this mama the peace of mind that she’s at least doing something right! They are also gluten free, which is an added benefit for so many other parents out there with children who have gluten intolerance.
As an avid taste tester myself, my favorite flavor is the cherry bear, and they are all made with natural fruit flavors and colors derived from fruits, vegetables, and plants. Since 1998, L’il Critters™ has been infusing fun into children’s vitamins that taste great and avoid that yucky chalky aftertaste and hard-to-swallow pills… oh how I wish these would’ve been around when I was growing up!
Moreover, for me, it’s important to support my girls to follow their dreams… if they choose to be an architect, a yoga instructor, a stay at home mom, a teacher, or whatever they pursue in life, I want them to know I will always be there biggest cheerleader and help them to accomplish great things, doing whatever it is that makes them happy. My kids love L’il Critters™ and I trust they are getting the nutrients they need to succeed, to grow healthy and strong, and make the most out of life.

Frozen berries… My daughter loves them and thinks of them as a "treat!"

Luckily our child likes a lot of fruits and veggies, so we focus on those. For instance, she adores cucumbers, so that's an easy snack with some ranch dressing.

We love fresh fruit at our house and hummus and carrots.
My kids love any kind of fresh berries, so we try to maximize while they're so fresh and tasty this time of year!
Declan is obsessed with fruit so that's usually his healthy snack. Recently he's decided he hates veggies so I have to sneak them in recipes that he loves. For instance I added chopped spinach to our burgers and he gobbled them up!
I'm so lucky, my little one loves veggies, and fruit. But she especially loves and to eat tomato's all the time.
So I've been looking for vegan & gluten free gummies for my kids. I found this brand nutrapharmusa.com and was wondering if anyone has tried them out?
My kids love watermelons. So, I always have some in the fridge. I cut them into sticks and they are super fun and easy to eat.

My kids favorite snack is celery and peanut butter. I make to have vegetables for dinner every night. Growing up, I never ate vegetables and now I love them. My kids do shy away from some, but for the most part eat everything I serve.
