PLEASE tell me you’ve got summer on the brain like I do?!?!? Spring keeps teasing us with perfect weather one day and then another monsoon of water the next so I’ve decided I’m just going to start daydreaming about summer and not even give spring a second thought!
When we were in Rosemary Beach a few weeks ago for Spring Break, I met up with a local photographer to shoot some amazing styles for all things summer, including this Off the Shoulder All American Dress. It’s absolutely adorable in person and I love the fit… so comfortable and the perfect picnic style for outdoor events and celebrations this summer! I know we are always on the hunt for the essential USA ensemble for Memorial Day Weekend and the 4th of July and this one will ensure you’re all set [because you know I love ALL THINGS GINGHAM].
The ric rac trim has to be my favorite detail and of course the blue gingham print is red, white and blue cute! Of course I had to properly style it up with my go-to cognac wedges of the season and then I found THE best woven circle bag that’s practical yet fun. [P.S. mine is sold out online, but here and here are a few similar options!] And then let’s not forget the “frosting”… my favorite red tassel earrings [that I have in like 5 colors–lol].
Yes I already know you’re going to be asking me about my faux glow because you know I am guilty of arriving beachside looking like a local and then I am pretty much Casper by the time we head home. Check out my favorite dark tanning foam that I SWEAR by in-between spray tans and this tinted bronzing gel that I apply for instant color with most of my spring + summer ensembles.
