Ahhh it’s only 9:00 here in Nashville and Kelsey already has me dreaming about the bedroom I wish I could come home to everynight…seeing as though I routinely stalk House Beautiful, Southern Living, and Better Homes and Gardens for home decorating tips and ideas, this seemed like an easy challenge for me–however–bedrooms are one of the most important rooms in a home. It’s your sanctuary, your escape from everything crazy in your life, and I was looking for something that captured my southern style, with just a touch of tranquility but a pop of color, too!
Here are my 2 favorites…because I can never choose just one =)
Completely different from one another, but I love both for different reasons…the first has a lot going on with an Anthropologie vibe, and the second is so chic and classy–I know, lots of pink, but Jeff would just have to get used to that–hehe. For now, we’ll stick with our pale grey, white, and black bedroom, and that is alright by me–lots of little accents we still need to get completed, but I love the way it looks and it keeps me relaxed…most days!
And P.S. we officially have our curtains hung now, so it is even better than this

haha, this is so funny because I have the same bedspread and pillows as on the second bedroom. And the first room is beautiful.
Love both of those pictures! I have the same problem too with loving completely different styles. I want my bedroom to be classic southern beachy and a little Moroccan at the same time. I need to make up my mind!

your bedroom looks OH so cozy, ours is black and white with an all-white duvet cover and it is VERY relaxing. we're thinking about painting our walls grey too, your room helped to get a visual 🙂
