That night, some of my friends came over for birthday cocktails, and then we all went to Brentwood to eat at Judge Beans BBQ–hands down the best brisket I have EVER HAD!! We had fun listening to the local band play some southern rock favorites, and then called it an early night…P.S. thanks for the tequila shot Aaron and Ryan–woo hoo!!
Saturday morning, I got my birthday workout in and then Jeff and I cleaned the house ALL DAY… definitely not my choice of bday activities, but so thankful we got it done–a clean house is always nice to come home to anyways. That night, my parents came over and Jeff finally told me where we were going for dinner–my favorite restaurant, Margot in East Nashville. We had the BEST table right next to the kitchen so we knew what to try…4 courses and a bottle of wine later, we were STUFFED and exhausted, but met some of Jeff’s work friends for a late drink and then called it a night.
Sunday, we headed to church {Candice, so glad you were there, too!} and then headed toTaco Mamacita for a late lunch and had everyone back to our house for my favorite thing in the world… birthday cake!
