Q&A and Weekend Wonderfuls

From the honeymoon recap as well as the pictures of new bedding and such, I had a few questions I wanted to answer/clarify:

1. What exactly is the lingerie game? You’re going to love this. While on my bachelorette party, we did the traditional lingerie shower—when I opened each gift, we nicknamed everything…for instance “Whip It Real Good” had a nightie and flavored whipped cream in it. Another one was “Red Hot” and it was a red romper…get the idea? So then you pack bags with tissue and the tags into your suitcase and each night your hubby gets to pick which one you wear! My MOH did it all for me and it was totally fun!
2. Where did we get our koozies printed from? I’ll recap all the vendors and such later, but we used Discount Favors online—they were super fast, inexpensive, and they changed the artwork just the way I wanted it to resemble a Jack Daniel’s bottle…these were a big hit at the reception!

3. Where did you get all of your outfits/bathing suits/dresses? First of all, I shop a lot in Nashville at local boutiques and such…Blush, Muse, and Shop Around the Corner are just a few of my favorites. With other online retailers, I find a lot of my tops and dresses at Francesca’s Collections as well as Forever 21, Loft, ModCloth, and Lulus. As for the bikinis, most of mine come from Victoria’s Secret–I know the way their sizing runs, which makes it pretty simple when ordering.
4. What color are your bedroom walls painted? When we moved in to our house, they were a horrid baby blue–with the thought of our master boudoir being a serene and calming room, we decided to go with a light gray…this exact shade is from Behr called Porpoise and it’s available from Home Depot.
