Are you ready for this one friends?? I do believe a lot of you already know from my Facebook posting or via Twitter, but Jeff and I are ELATED to finally spread our wonderful news…
On a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are we? Over the moon +1. I was absolutely shocked last week when we had our ultrasound when the technician told us it was a girl…Jeff just looked over at me and smiled and said, “boy am I in trouble”. That husband of mine knows me all too well. I’m not going to lie though, once I knew it was a girl, it made it that much harder to hide it from my family and friends just because they had called girl from day one. But, we managed to keep it a secret until the big reveal on Saturday and what a fantastic time spent with our closest friends and family–God is too good. I promise to feature a full recap of the party once I get all the pictures from everyone with the play-by-play reaction…words just won’t do it justice I assure you.
So, from the bottom of our hearts, Jeff and I want to send our sincerest thanks and gratitude for all the well wishes, thoughtful texts, emails, phone calls, tweets, comments, cards, and sweet little gifts. We are beyond excited to welcome a baby girl into our world in March…and yes, I have to admit, the little one’s closet is already stocking up with everything girly you can possibly imagine.
