The Life List

February 10, 2012

Do any of you friends out there have a “bucket/life list” of things you hope to accomplish? I started my so-called list a few years ago and have just now recently finished it…yes, it took me that long to decide my top 50 things. 😉
But, I wanted these things to be attainable, things I can actually achieve in time! Some are lighthearted, some personal, and some for just plain fun. As you can see, some of these I’ve already completed, or are in progress, so we’ll mark those as complete 😉
Here they are:

1. Go on a zipline tour
2. Travel to Italy with Jeff and my parents
3. Start a family
4. Learn to bake my Grandmother’s divinity from scratch
5. Sign up for calligraphy classes

  1. Jackie says:

Great list! I'm working on mine now!

  2. Leah says:

Great list. Especially love the cookbook idea!

  3. Seni says:

    I really like your list.

Can you climb the steps to the top of the Eiffel Tower? I thought it only took you to the 2nd floor and then the elevators are what got you to the top?

  4. Britt says:

I love this! I have my 32 before 32 list. It is always so fun crossing things off.

  5. ooo! Fun! I did a post on my bucket list last week. You should check it out 🙂 http://hanlonfamily2.blogspot.com/2012/01/bucket-list.html

  6. Nicole says:

These are so great! I made a 101 in 1001 list, but I almost wish I would have just done a smaller list like you. 101 things is a lot! But, I love your list! Hopefully I'll be getting married in the next year or two… You can plan MY wedding from start to finish! 😉

  7. Ashley says:

Great goals! =) I have a 101 in 1001 and I have until May 2013 ( I think) to finish some things =) You should definitely do the Harry Potter series – LOVE LOVE LOVE! =)

  8. Emily says:

I made my list just a few weeks ago, but it was my 30 before 30 list!

You should drive up to Franklin this summer and watch a movie at their drive-in. This was one of me and my hubby's first dates! 🙂

  9. You can be my wedding planner!! 🙂

What an amazing list! I have a list of 30 things I want to do before I'm 30, but with only 2 1/2 years left it seems pretty daunting. I think a bucket list is a great idea! I'm going to have to copy you.

  22. AllieFay says:

Get the Harry Potter books on your iPod from iTunes and listen to them while exercising, cleaning, doing chores… they will change your life!

  23. I love bucket lists. I actually just posted mine that's specific to California (since I recently moved here). Zip-lining is actually one of those things! it seems exhilerating but one of those once-in-a-lifetime things worth doing.

  24. CMae says:

And I thought I was the only one needing to convert my Disney movies from VHS to DVD!! That makes two of us!! Currently All I've got converted are: The Little Mermaid and The Parent Trap (the original not that crap with Lindsay Lohan) 🙂 We have more than a few things that are the same! I may need to do this as a blog post! Happy weekend gorgeous!!! Hugs!
