Recipe…Mini Fruit Pizzas

Uncategorized

June 8, 2012

For Julie and Jon’s wedding weekend welcome party, I made these AMAZING mini fruit pizzas…truthfully, they were easy peasy, but they turned out to be a crowd pleaser and I think they are the perfect tiny dessert for any summertime soiree! Not to mention they add lots of color, too!

Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (yes the kind that come pre-packaged in a log and ready to slice)
Kiwi
Blueberries
Strawberries
2 cups of Confectioner’s Sugar
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Slice and bake cookies as directed on package. Let cool.
Cut and slice fruit.
Mix together confectioner’s sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla and ice each cookie.
Top with fruit and enjoy!
