This weekend, Mom, Jeff, and I decided to take advantage of the warm temperatures and take Caroline on a fun adventure to her first pumpkin patch! Lucky for us, Nashville has tons of places to go, and we are fortunate that Cheekwod Botanical Gardens is super close to our house.
They are having all kinds of fall events, including a scarecrow exhibit, pumpkin patch, and all kinds of other family-friendly spectacles so it was the perfect way to spend a relaxing Saturday afternoon.

It’s crazy how our weekends have changed…but honestly, this is so much better than I ever imagined. Seeing Caroline’s face light up as she experiences all the world has to offer is trjuly a joy and Jeff and I have so much fun doing these things as a family…I absolutely love it. We ended up buying a membership so we can come back and visit all the time. They have a Christmas tree exhibit I always went to growing up so it’ll be another fun tradition we can introduce Caroline to very soon!

I love the picture of Caroline kissing/sucking on the pumpkin… too funny:) We also went to the pumpkin patch this weekend! There is nothing better than doing things as a family of three for the first time:)
Cute. Love the one of your mom and CC. π It is really fun once your child can actually enjoy herself too and kind of know what's going on. That is my favorite part of the stage CC is in now.. you can see the wheels spinning in her head and really looking at stuff and enjoying it. So fun! She will be a blast come Christmas.

How adorable!! I love yearly traditions and can't wait to start them with our little Cam! Fall is my favorite and I am just dying for next year to come (He is only 3 months old now.) to do all of the fun fall things with him!!
