tuesday, we had lunch with my old work friends…my how i miss them, especially this time of year. so glad we could all set aside some time to catchup over lunch and talk! even better, miss caroline got to meet sweet maddie, which made her day! such a darling picture, too đ
it’s december, yet i caved and bought caroline her first swimsuit for 2013…1) it was 30% off so it was a major deal and 2) it was pink and just TOO cute to walk away from. see below and i hope you’ll agree that she’ll be beach ready in no time. baby gap does it again.
i have most of our packages wrapped…with time to spare! only a few more to go, and i will be D.O.N.E-music to my ears so i can sit back, relax, and enjoy the week leading up to christmas without stressing out too much.
i finally found what i think will be the perfect christmas eve dress…it’s festive, fun, and still appropriate which seems to be difficult to find these days. here’s to hoping it looks just as good on!

it’s friday and we have all sorts of fun planned this weekend…visiting family members who are travelling through nashville for an early christmas celebration, dropping off our gifts for the angel we adopted from church, baking yummy treats to drop off at jeff’s office, and plotting our santa claus visit. happy friday and hope you have a great weekend!! christmas is 11 days and counting đ
