Current Favorite Workout…Straight and Simple

workout

July 16, 2014

I am constantly switching it up in the workout department because I get tired of doing the same old song and dance and my body gets in a rut when I get too comfortable. Recently, I started doing a 10 minute workout 4-5 times a week just so that I am doing something on those days I can’t make it to the gym. It’s easy because you don’t need any weights, mats, or crazy workout paraphernalia, and it’s 10 minutes…so it’s totally attainable on a daily basis. I am starting to see a big difference in the stomach/abdomen and leg/thigh areas = my two non-favorite “zones”.

There you have it…nothing fancy, but some tunes on the iPod definitely help keep me moving! Favorites in rotation right now include Boom Clap (Charlie XCX), Wiggle (Jason Derulo), Summer (Calvin Harris), and Sing (Ed Sheeran). And because a little workout motivation never hurt anybody…

  1. Thanks so much for sharing. I get soo bored with the same old workout!

  2. Lately I feel like my days have been so busy that I don't have time for a full workout, but I want to do something. This workout is perfect. I am going to start it tonight 🙂

  7. E Hayes says:

Definitely copying this, I was just telling my husband to make something like this. Naturally he was beaten to the punch #procrastinator

  8. "Today is a new day." Yes! Pinning.

  9. Flmgodog says:

OOOOHHH! I need that "Glass is Half Full" print for my office. Good reminder!

  10. Love these simple and quick workouts – and those songs are definitely replaying for me right now too!

  11. Krista Dial says:

I can't wait to use this 10-minute workout, Natasha! Thanks for sharing. On that first graphic the font you used for "Hello Happiness" looks like the font for the Hallmark card logo…love it. 🙂
