It’s been a busy few weeks for us  with overnight stays and daddy travels and holidays and such and I wanted to fill you in on our wanderings, too!
I was introduced to La Senorita Jolie by a good blogging friend Ashley and I’m hooked already. I ordered the Kristin top in white and it one of the most versatile tops I’ve found in awhile. It comes in a ton of colors (as do there other options) and it’s well made, comfortable, and perfect for everyday wear. You can snag free shipping with your order with code LSJ-ACK-FS. (I also had a few asking about my shorts…those came from a local boutique in Nashville called Blush).

This is daddy saying goodbye to us when we headed east two weekends ago to go see Aunt Bev and Uncle Christian for the day. They were having a gender reveal party for Baby Miller and we couldn’t wait to find out if we were getting a boy or a girl…. lucky for us, Caroline and Carson will have a cute little BEAU to play with come November!! YAY!!!!

Last week prior to the holiday, Jeff and I took the day off and joined his cousin Eddie out on his boat for an afternoon at the lake…it was the perfect day in Nashville, catching some sun, dining on some yummy food, and enjoying the sunshine…love it when we get the chance to spend time together. Meg and Aaron joined us later in the day and then we headed downtown that evening to eat dinner at Saint Anejo, which was a new-ish restaurant we had wanted to try out…long story short, not that amazing, but the company and people watching totally made up for the meh food.
For the fourth, we headed to Andrea and Ben’s for their 2nd annual holiday extravaganza shindig! It was too much fun…frolicking in the pool, dining on the best BBQ ribs, and spending great time with our nearest and dearest…also lucky they don’t mind when we bring the circus to town. Of course we were all decked out in our proper red, white, and blue attire, too!

And then yesterday, I got to spend a relaxing morning at the endodontist with number #2 root canal. Thankful everyone told me to ask for nitrous because that totally helped my anxiety and nervousness and now I get to spend a week recovering before going back to get a crown next Monday…I guess that’s my birthday present to myself…waaa waaaa.

At least I already treated myself to two cute new finds via Forever 21 last week…seriously they have some adorable new duds right now and these shorts (not available online) and dress came home with me..and both were under $25-SCORE for beach finds!

Yuck, root canals are the worst! I have to do my wisdom teeth soon! 🙁 Cute outfits!! xx

  2. Dana says:

Love those pieces from Forever 21! Super cute!

  3. Dentist work is the worst!! Hope you get through the crown with no problems! Loving all your outfits and your new finds from Forever 21!

  4. Love all your cute outfits!! Looks like y'all had a wonderful week!

  5. I need to get a root canal done and I am a paranoid wreck, I actually cancelled the appointment and need to reschedule! My anxiety is getting the best of me. I am going to have to ask about this for sure!!!

  6. Love the cute outfits! You are looking amazing girl!

  7. Love that beaded swim suit top! And I'm feeling a good hunt coming on at Forever 21… I'll have to stop by!

  8. Sara McCarty says:

You look awesome, love. Actually, in those boat photos you look so much like your mama! And I mean that in a good way – your mama's gorgeous. 🙂

  9. That dress is adorable! I am so excited to be able to wear pre pregnancy clothes again soon!!

  10. Kim Pelser says:

Where is your bar necklace from? Love it!

  11. I'm soooo sorry about your root canal — no fun at ALL! I love the things you found at F21. My sister just got a similar pair of shorts from there, so cute! Where are your gold flat sandals from? I'm looking for new ones!

  12. Ky S says:

Do you ever get tired of spending your husbands hard earned money on such frivolous things ALL the time, especially with you not contributing hardly anything to the household income. I mean, sugar bit isn't necessarily a thriving business. Hope you're stashing some away on case he ever leaves you high and dry!

    • So sorry my spending bothers you… I normally choose not to respond to rude comments, but the money that WE make is OURS, not mine or his… we are a unit and we spend our money very wisely sticking to a monthly budget, especially seeing as my husband's background is accounting and finance. And as for Sugar Bit, we are growing slowly but surely and hopefully it will turn into something bigger. It definitely takes time to grow a small business and I am doing the best I can as an entrepreneur. Hope you have a WONDERFUL day 🙂
