I totally spazzed on our normal Five on Friday linkup last week.. blame it on the blonde, so I thought why not go out on a Tuesday?!?!? Get it, the song reference… I know, I’ve jot jokes 😉
Target’s new Pillowfort
Collection is 20% OFF THIS WEEK!!! Of course I toured the new goodies while on my weekly shopping trip to Tarjay last week and spied on some of the best and brightest… here are come colorful favorites to check out:
|| I cannot wait for the warm weather that’s on its way to Music City! Give me all the sandal and romper season… I just scooped up this new Rose Romper
from one of my local go-to shops, Cotton Mill Nashville
, and the bold red color is calling my name!
THREE || Doesn’t spring make you want Mexican cuisine all the time? Maybe that’s just me, but I made these OH SO GOOD Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Garlic Cilantro Lime Slaw [via Pinch of Yum] last week and they are going to be on the regular dinner rotation for a long time to come… get in my belly!
FOUR || Party Time, Excellent… The month of March brings with it a tremendous amount of parties and fun coming our way! Last weekend, we kicked things off with our friend Will’s Choo Choo Train 2nd Bday Party, and this weekend we continue the fun with baby showers and friends’ birthdays as well as Mimi and Pap’s anniversary! So much to look forward to 🙂
|| Tomorrow, I am attending the Inaugural Rally on the Runway Luncheon
with some of my sweet friends in the effort to raise money towards Childhood Cancer and I am so excited… such a fantastic cause that will feature a fashion show and silent auction benefiting the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research! The Rally Kids Models, who have beaten or are fighting childhood cancer, will strut their stuff and get to be escorted by NFL players and other celebrities.
Athletes that are participating include Olympic Figure Ice Skater, Scott Hamilton, Carolina Panthers cornerback Cortland Finnegan, and Kansas City Chiefs punter Dustin Colquitt.
Always makes me thankful that we are able to give back and help others in our community and I am proud to get to meet some of these amazingly special individuals.
