Looking to get the most bang for your buck?? It’s easier than you think… Today, I am here with my friends at
Harper Trends to show you how to style one dress two ways, taking it from a casual day look into something a bit dressier for a date night out!
First up, the casual ensemble: I’m showing off their
Milk Maiden High-Low Dress. It’s a flattering silhouette, no matter if you’re a bit petite or on the taller side, and it looks great on a variety of body shapes. The flowy fabric is fully lined
[a must for this gal] and features embroidered details on the front to add a little bit of pop to the otherwise neutral dress.
First up, the casual AKA daytime show and tell! I’ve paired it with one of my
favorite glass bead necklaces,
mirrored sunglasses,
leather tote,
fair trade earrings, and
wrap flat sandals. I know, you’re shocked to see my hair different, right?!?!?! I’m kinda digging it and it’s great for summer so it’s out of my face, too. This look is great when I’m out running errands, or taking the girls out on a mommy/daughter day, but yet it still looks “pulled together” and on trend. This is a staple for everyone!
For the second, dressier look, I paired the dress with some of my favorite
nude sandals in a light neutral tone so as not to take away from the dress itself… I wanted it to blend together. I then added in a
navy clutch which is perfect for taking out on date night. It’s an easy look that is perfect for summer, and is comfortable, which is ALWAYS a plus. More room for cocktails and dessert, right?!?!
As always, I LOVE working with brands who are ready to gift my fabulous blog friends with something special too… so be sure to enter code HELLOHAPPINESS20 in at checkout to save 20% on your next order at Harper Trends online.
