Come On… Tell Me What You Want

Uncategorized

August 24, 2016

Do you ever have a brain block or find yourself wondering what to do next?!?!?
I love when bloggers let their readers do the work… and so today, I am coming to you, my most trusted social media friends and acquaintances and I’m asking you:

I could regret this [I’m already nervous…haha] but I’m pretty much an open book, and don’t shy away too often so I am willing and able to answer most anything you throw at me [within reason obviously, so let’s play nice]. Cannot wait to see what ya’ll come up with!

  1. Baker Tange says:

This is totally random but as someone who is not in the retail business, I have always been so interested in what "going to Market" is exactly like. I know it is a ton of work for you but it seems like SO much fun. Also, with football coming up, it might be fun to see some tailgating recipes/ideas! (I can look past all of the TN orange– as long as it is not Clemson orange! Go Gamecocks!)

  2. Jen says:

I love your style and would love to see more home decor posts! I also have two little girls and am always looking for outfit ideas for them 🙂

  3. More fashion outfit of the days, workout tips & regimen, home decor tour guide of your beautiful home, a look into your day… I love your blog and I love when you get personal!!

  4. Lauren says:

A day in the life, i really like the 'past ten pictures on your phone' posts, any reasonably priced great clothes, local shops

  5. Natalie says:

Agreed. You never finished your day in the life post. Would like to see an update on that.

More updates on your girls too.

  6. Kelly says:

I love your party recaps! Love seeing details about parties you attend or throw, even just details (and menus, little touches, etc) from small get-togethers or casual dinners with friends. I'm in the throes of EVERYONE I KNOW getting engaged or having babies, so I'm throwing showers left and right. I seem to either do too much or not enough, so I'm trying to figure out that perfect level of effort (and amount of food to prepare!) for the optimal shower. 🙂 Also love your style posts, workout recaps, and family posts (how's "school" going this year?). Have y'all been to any restaurants or new places lately in Nashville that's a must-go?

  7. I absolutely love your style (that I see on Instagram); since you always have such great finds I would love to see more style posts 🙂

Also, recipes for busy women? I'm always looking for ideas on how to make great meals without a lot of time and since you have two kiddos I imagine you have some great tips! 🙂

    Thanks for asking us!

  8. Kelly-Belly says:

I always like to know about what people are reading…
    🙂

  9. Rebecca says:

I have been following your blog for over 5 years and have really enjoyed reading about your family & new adventures. Your blog was a favorite because you were so real, open and always had great tips for style, parties, meals, etc. Over the past year, there have been more & more sponsored posts which I have come to strongly dislike & as a result your blog is one that I read less often. I am not against sponsored posts, but I enjoy when there is meaningful content behind them – not just to push a product/company. However, more power to you for having a blog that allows you to be compensated for your posts, I just wish they provided more of a personal connection.

I would love to hear more about what meal time looks like with the girls, meal ideas, a more detailed look at what the girls do with the nanny in regards to learning activities, more about Sugar Bit, style, and makeup.

Thank you for sharing glimpses of your life with us through this blog.

    • thanks for the feedback rebecca… i know everyone's blog goes through changes and such, and mine has as well. i will absolutely try to have a better balance of the real vs sponsored posts and will include your ideas!

  10. I want to know more about the bunny! Do the girls still enjoy her? Is she gentle with them? Is she a pretty low maintenance pet? My little girl has been BEGGING for a bunny and I'm debating!
Would also like to hear more about your lake adventures. We live on a lake in MN and it's always fun to hear about lake life elsewhere.

  11. Jennifer says:

I'd love some posts about your favorites around town! Restaurants, shops etc!

  12. I would love more "day in the life" style posts! How you manage two sweet baby girls so close in age, being a wife, business owner, daughter, friend, etc! I am pregnant with my second and my babes will be 18 months apart- I always love to see what it's like down the line for other families!!

  13. Darcy Potter says:

I want to see a full home tour! In your last house I loved seeing your spaces and how the evoked 🙂 I get so giddy and inspired when you reveal a new space. I know a home is a work in progress and probably never is fully done, but nonetheless would love to see more 🙂

Also, keep sharing you and your life and all it entails! Love your blog and following your journey 🙂

I really enjoy reading your blog. Thank you for sharing with us. I really enjoy just normal posts about your day, etc. … Recipes you love, fun traditions/activities you do with the girls, date night ideas, some of your favorite gifts to give friends/teachers, etc.

  16. Tess says:

I'm all about day in the life, sneak peeks in your fridge/pantry, marriage/family traditions, and confession posts!

  17. Susieutk84 says:

I'm with Rebecca. Please lessen the sponsored posts. I can't remember how I found your blog, but I've always thought it was fun and interesting. I also related as I live in Nashville and am also a UT grad who graduated roughly around the same time as you. (Graduated Spring 2006 as a Finance major!) So I love it when you talk about local stores, restaurants, and adventures, and I love anytime you mention the Vols! #VFL Basically most of what you post is great except the sponsored posts. For example, Red Barron pizza is fine for a quick dinner at home when needed, but I really have no interest in reading about someone eating frozen pizza. I hope this helps!

  18. I would be interested in a peak at your fitness routine and any tips you have!
