We’re well into month two of 2018 and I want to check-in to see how YOU are doing with your New Year goals and resolutions when it comes to health and wellness! Just like you, I have pledged to myself to make some changes in my food + drink choices… like better eating habits, more fitness and exercise, and paying closer attention to what I’m actually eating and giving my family!
Today I’m here to share one of my favorite snacks… the FAGE Total Split Cup! Not only is it low in fat content and super healthy, but this all-natural yogurt comes in a ton of yummy and fruity varieties so you’re sure to find one [or three] that you love. It’s a Greek strained yogurt with delicious fruit toppings and comes in three fat varieties, so you can grab the one to suit your individual nutritional needs:
FAGE Total (whole milk) | FAGE Total 2% | FAGE Total 0% Split Cup
If you’re like me, you want something sweet at some point throughout the day and this is a little taste of heaven that I don’t have to feel guilty about with only 11g of sugar per serving, they’re rich in protein, not in sugar… and one Caroline and Carson will eat as well = mom win!
The FAGE Total 2% Split Cup is protein-rich and low in sugar, so it’s an easy way to snack on something satisfying, but still delicious with its rich flavor. Last week at the store, I stocked up on a few flavors and the Blood Orange, Cherry, Strawberry and Blueberry have to be my gold-medal favorites—can you tell I’ve got the Olympics on my mind?!?!! It satisfies my sweet-tooth without sacrificing my hard work I’ve been putting in at the gym and at home. The Blueberry flavor tops the chart for me personally and I love that it’s only 130 calories for one full container. I’m constantly on the go and I love that this snack is one I can take with me… I’ve also used the Split Cups in my girls’ lunchboxes for school and we’ve had some happy bellies! Let’s face it–food battles are a regular struggle in our house, so when I find something that the girls enjoy AND it’s packed with protein, I stock up. It also makes for a fast breakfast option and a late night indulgent dessert!
