Summer cocktail = let’s talk about this grown-up take on an ice cold slushie. I crafted this little concoction the other night for the hubs and I and it was absolutely DELISH. Refreshing, not too sweet and a lower calorie option as I incorporated the Bai Bubbles in Grapefruit instead of the traditional grapefruit juice. A great elixir to whip up for guests or back patio sipping this season:
Grapefruit Whiskey Slush Summer Cocktail
copper mug | Andy Warhol book | Kate Spade book
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Ginger Ale
1 Cup Drink Bai Bubbles Grapefruit OR Grapefruit Juice
1/2 Cup Whiskey or Bourbon of Choice [my fav is Jack Daniel’s]
25-30 Ice Cubes
Sprig of Fresh Rosemary and Grapefruit Slices to Garnish
gold cocktail spoon | cocktail napkin set | whiskey decanter
DIRECTIONS
Add ginger ale, whiskey, grapefruit juice and ice cubes to blender and mix to slush-like consistency… top with rosemary and slice of grapefruit and enjoy!
