A blog post two days in a row… who am I??!?! I’m trying to keep myself accountable my putting a little something up in this spot of social media three times a week so y’all keep me on track PLEASE. Today, I’ve got a special treat for you that I am SO excited to share: I had the opportunity to chat with Lauren Zoeller last week and join her on her podcast called The Balanced Boss and today that episode is LIVE.
The Balanced Boss
Lauren is a life and business coach, motivational speaker and podcast host and helps entrepreneurs ditch burnout, find their purpose AND make money to live the life of a #BalancedBoss, something I know I need more of right this very minute. Her podcast now features people following their dreams and staying healthy in the process and I was thrilled to be among many incredible entrepreneurs she has asked to join for her weekly business chat.
She’s been featured in publications such as Shape, Business Insider, Thrive Global, Money Inc and more–suffice to say she knows what she is talking about and we can all learn from her wealth of knowledge.
In my episode, you’ll hear about my background and how I started my career in social media, what I’ve been able to accomplish, how I try to balance my career vs. motherhood and when I knew it was time to work on adding someone to help me streamline my days to work smarter, not harder.
We chatted about my word of the year and my intention for how you’ll feel after hearing our conversation, and of course I couldn’t help but mention how important it is to show up EACH + EVERYDAY and be authentic in who you are… as well as touching on strategic partnerships, how I try to separate myself from of other influencers in my niche, and what self care acivities keep me motivated. Not to mention you may hear some fun and exciting news about what’s next for me in the not-too-distant future with Hello Happiness!
Still lots to learn, but I hope me sharing my experiences can help some of you dreamers out there in your daily lives as well. We are all works in progress and I’ve got a long way to go, but outlets like this totally spark creativty and excitement into what I do and I’d love to hear what you think.
