It’s been a LONG time coming and I am OVER THE MOON excited [like shout it through the rooftops] to share today’s all new debut with my gal pals at Social Threads… last year, we brought you my Camo + Stripe Bag Strap and needless to say it’s been their best selling strap ever! I think we are now on our 6th sell out and I assure you more are coming soon, BUT today’s blog post is to talk about all the new bag straps!
Social Threads x Hello Happiness Bag Straps
Months in the making and countless samples later, we are releasing TWO new straps today: the Rosemary Beach Stripe Strap and the Spotted in Nashville Strap. Here they are!!!
So much inspiration and forethought went into these two beauties and I wanted something as bold as the former option to totally transform your go-to tote, crossbody essential and more to style up your OOTD, but obviously changing up the colorways and adding more detail = because we all know by now I love ALL THE EXTRA.
Not only do these $39 straps pack a punch, but they are icing on the cake for accessory queens like me! Let’s chat specifics about the two new debuts and how they came to be:
ONE. The Spotted in Nashville
First up, the all over polka dot spotted beauty… sure, it looks neutral at first glance, but then the neon green grabs your attention and whoa, it’s instant fun! I designed this strap based on a pair of spotted sneakers I bought last fall and I love how the bold design turned out. Even better, the embroidered dots make it look luxe for less and will be the perfect pop to any ordinary ensemble, all while paying homage to my native Nashville hometown.
Pair it with a Casual Cara Tee Dress like I’ve done and step outside for summer looking and feeling your very best. Afterall, we’re all trying to simplify during this season of life and I need the effortless styles I don’t have to think twice about! I’ve paired the strap with this Ilse Mini Tote and I love how the ivory leather plays up the strap significance, while still being practical to sport day in and day out… another design detail we took into account when designing these new straps for y’all!
Another casual way to wear it?? Start with your Go-To Cutoff Denim Shorts [size up for a looser, more relaxed fit], then top with this fun Suzanne Top, add on the Social Threads Camera Bag + my Spotted in Nashville Strap and walk out the door feeling confident and colorful!
TWO. The Rosemary Beach Stripe
Next up, you can NEVER go wrong with stripes, especially when it comes to bag straps, but I wanted something I hadn’t seen everywhere else [you feel me?!?!] so that’s when I came up with this preppy pink + orange + cobalt blue cuteness that reminds me of our newest home in Rosemary Beach! I blended three of my go-to colorways together and couldn’t be more pleased with the end result… not playing favorites, BUT this one might take the cake!
For this peppy little OOTD, I’m styling the Rosemary Beach Stripe Strap with this gorgeous Pleated Colorblock Tank that’s a dressy summer must for $49. Adjustable straps make it super flattering and feminine and the pink + red combo has my heart. I am wearing an XS/and it runs TTS. And yes, those infamous Target x Wild Fable Destructed Jeans have finally made their debut here on the blog. That $22 white denim I’ve been raving about on the regular = yes you need them [wearing size 0/run TTS].
