You know I love a good cocktail, especially when happy hour at home is calling. Bring on the summer concoctions for this gal who loves any type of spritzer! I first fancied the Hugo cocktail once I stumbled upon this refresher on our rendezvous to Italy a few years ago and crafted one for myself this past weekend to enjoy… it’s super easy to assemble AND would be a great drink for any summer soiree, too:

The Hugo Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cold prosecco
- 1 oz. of St. Germain liqueur
- 1 oz. club soda
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary and 2 fresh mint leaves
- Peel of lemon or lime
- Ice cubes
Directions
Fill a wine glass with ice and then add prosecco… top with St. Germain and club soda. Then garnish with rosemary + mint and lemon/lime peel and serve!
