I know, I’m sharing ALL the spring trends early this season, but for good reason… there are just SO many stellar style options that I want to note, not only for myself in how I dress each day, but to help you find the proper selects to make yourself feel the most confident in 2022, too.
Trendy Wide Leg Pants for Her:
Case in Point: wide legs are back in a big way for spring 2022. They were first popular back in the 70s, and today they are taking over the town in denim, flowy silks, staple cotton and jumpsuits as well. Their flattering silhouette is great for women of all shapes and sizes and can be dressed up or down = ample ways to wear which means easier on the wallet! Just make sure you’re combining them with a semi-fitted to a fitted top/sweater/bodysuit as to not overwhelm the proportions and make you look frumpy.
I went on a limb and ordered these brand new High Rise Wide Leg Crop Jeans from Loft and I am SO glad I did. Not only do they come in three perfectly spring colorways, but they are fitted through the waist and thigh and then fan out into a cropped pant opening, which I ALWAYS love. They are super comfortable and offer a bit of stretch [wearing my true size/size 25 for reference].
Another piece of advice would be to figure out which shoes to sport with each style of wide legs you bring home. Since these are cropped, I opted to incorporate them with my go-to Paily Cafe Colored Heels and this stylish and oh so perfectly pastel Mixed Stripe Spring Sweater moment.
