Nutrafol Strengthening Duo | 40 is inching closer and closer and I can tell that my hair is going to take some extra tender, love and car as I get older… comes along with the territory, I guess?? Oh goody! Having said that, I have lots of friends who SWEAR by Nutrafol so I am on week 4 of taking this daily supplement and I will report back soon on the progress. I love the oversized frames and the lighter colorway, though they come in classic black/tortoise and others as well. The plastic frames always work well for me and the fit is FAB!
