What perfect timing… an ALL NEW round of Faster Way to Fat Loss with Allie and I kicks off NEXT MONDAY, MARCH 9th. Yes, I might have been waiting to share this post with you all so that you can get set for spring + summer and get your booty in motion to make 2020 your healthiest year yet! So, to kick things off, I thought I’d share with y’all what my current FWTFL results!

But, before I give my first round of 2020 results, I wanted to brief you a little bit about this round: no, it wasn’t my best, but am I happy with my results? 100% YES. See, the first 6 weeks of this year were filled with travel, kids sickness, non-normal schedules, etc. BUT I am telling you these points to show that even though I wasn’t 100% “on” like I normally am, I still had massive success with FWTFL and you can, too.
During the 6 week round, I didn’t workout 5 times each week like the program details… most weeks, I was between 3/4 workouts, I didn’t monitor my macros as closely as I usually do, and 2 of the weeks I didn’t participate in my low carb days. Having said that, here is the play-by-play of the inches I lost:
FWTFL Results
Overall, I lost 5 inches, 6 pounds and had a 2% decrease in my overall body fat. If that doesn’t show that this lifestyle works, I don’t know what does. And the fact that I continue to get on the internet posting pictures of myself in my skinnies for visual proof should show that I am that confident in everything FWTFL. It’s not a DIET for me, it’s a food + fitness way of life= small changes add up to big results and it’s never to late to get started. I post about this topic SO much because of how important it is to me to help others… learn about the food and nutrients they are putting into their bodies, educating themselves on the proper ways to workout and to show you can get fit with just a bit of focus and drive!
Do I eat dessert? You better believe it.
Do I drink alcohol? I’m a mother with two small children… heck yes I do.
No, I don’t do either of those every single day, but when I’m on vacation, I allow myself to indulge–life is too short not to enjoy the good stuff. But when you put in work at the gym, track your macros and stick to Faster Way of Fat Loss your clothes will fit better, you will lose weight, and I have no doubt in my mind you’ll be a much happier individual because your mind, body and soul will feel GREAT.

BEFORE vs. AFTER | I can see the biggest difference in my tummy area–less weight in my abdomen with a bit more toning as well as my thigh region… the place I definitely “hold” the most fat. My arms have defnitely leaned out a bit more and I feel so much stronger! Still a bit more to go to get back to where I was, but I’m on my way.
