Caroline has gotten to the age where she LOVES to read. Honestly, I’m glad too…it took her longer than some to get acclimated to wanting to read everyday, but now she can’t get enough and we love these rituals before nap and bed time. It brings both Jeff and I SO much joy to cuddle up and enjoy a good book (or five).
There are SO MANY incredible children’s books out there, too…you’ve got the traditional classic stories we all know and love, the trendy fun books for specific seasons/holidays, and everything in between. Here are our must-reads these days:

This is a great list! My little Liam has always been in to books. Some of our nap/bedtime favorites are: The Napping House, Little Hoot, Goodnight Little One, & I'll See You in the Morning. You should check them out as well!

We love reading over here too. It's such a sweet time before bed to go through her books and pick out her favorites. Right now she loves any of the touch and feel books, and the counting Pride and Prejudice book!
Great list! Blaire is so funny about books – she's very opinionated on which ones she will read and which she's not interested in. I cannot get her to read Madeline. She vetoes it every time! It's pretty funny. We have tons of the Karen Katz lift the flap books. SO BORING. they're all the same. Blaire loved them for months and months though.
we used to read the going to bed book EVERY NIGHT! I could recite it right now word for word!
Oh, The Going to Bed Book! Loved that one when the boys were little, this brought back sweet memories.
We read three books every night before bed. I can recite Nancy Tillman's "Wherever You Are My Love Will Find You" by heart because that's our bedtime book….we read it last every night so that E knows it's time to go down.
