It’s been awhile since I’ve updated you on my progress with FWTFL. If you’re a regular over on Instagram, you see me chat about low carb days, workouts with my trainer, tracking my macros and all the other details of what my life with Faster Way to Fat Loss looks like, but Allie and I are back today with an all new round for you to join in on!
The jist for some of the newbies: it’s a 6-week all intensive program, coupled with daily workouts, meal plans + recipes and the three pillars [tracking macros, carb cycling and intermittent fasting] to help you not only look better on the outside, but feel better, too.
Long story short: I’ve been living this lifestyle for almost three years now and I don’t see myself trying anything else. Hands down, it’s the only routine that allows me the flexibility to eat what I want, enjoy a variety of workouts [I tend to get bored with one type of class/routine/etc] and make it work for me.

I share all of this with you to show that it’s not some overnight quick fix. It’s not a pill that claims to do all the work for you… sure, that may seem like something that sounds appealing, but this is day in and day out of hard work: showing up no matter what, putting myself first for some much needed self care that helps my mind, body and soul and then feeling good for checking off those boxes and being proud of how far I’ve come.
I’ll always be the girl who lives for a cookie after dinner, who wants to enjoy cocktails with her girlfriends and not worry about the caloric count and the mama who thrives on showing her daughters what it’s like to live a healthy + active lifestyle because I want the same for them. IT’S ABOUT PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION.
